Here's why it matters to us. As many as 1.2 million young people in Canada are struggling with mental illness, and 3 out of 5 of them won't get the care they need. Chances are that includes someone in your circle, and in ours.

Yeeboo is a Canadian team that spends its days helping charities raise money and do more good, so getting behind a cause like this one, together, feels close to home. This September we're walking the 5km as a team and raising money for a program we believe in.

That program is Sunnybrook's Family Navigation Project. It's a free, donor-funded service that pairs young people aged 11 to 29 and their families with trained navigators who help them find the right mental health and addiction support, when they need it most. It runs entirely on donations.
