Did you know as many as 1.25 million youth in Canada will experience some form of mental health problem?  Unfortunately, statistics tell us that 3 out of 5 of these young people will not receive the treatment they need.

To support youth mental health, I’m again participating in RBC Race for the Kids, a charity fundraising race for Sunnybrook's Family Navigation Project. This free service connects youth aged 11 to 29 experiencing mental health and addictions issues with clinically trained navigators.  The Family Navigation Project is 100% funded by donations from caring people like you.
