Did you know as many as 1.25 million youth in Canada will experience some form of mental health problem?  

 

I’ve been participating in RBC Race for the Kids for many years including taking a leadership role in raising funds for RBC as an organization.   This year, I’m raising money for Sunnybrook's Family Navigation Project. 

This free service connects youth aged 11 to 29 experiencing mental health and addictions issues, and their families, with clinically trained professionals who help them access the services they need, when they need it.
