Every year I participate in RBC Race for the Kids, and this time around there is no exception, September 20, 2025. I feel compelled to do something about the fact that so many young Canadians struggling with mental illness. 

So I’m participating in RBC Race for the Kids, a charity fundraising race that supports youth (11-29 y.o) mental health. I’m raising money for the Family Navigation Project at Sunnybrook, an innovative program that connects young people struggling with mental illness and addiction to the help they desperately need.    

The Family Navigation Project is 100% funded by donations from caring people like you.
