This is a special year for mom and I as we participate in the RBC Race for the Kids.As most of you know, we will be in Asia (likely in Hong Kong if our travel plan works out) when the event is on held on 20 Sep. But we will continue our tradition of supporting youth mental health. This year, my mom and I will walk in Asia on our own, without the sea of blue on Yonge St.

Like the other years, we are raising funds for the Sunnybrook Family Navigation Project. They provide a free service that connects youth aged 11 to 29 experiencing mental health and addiction issues, and their families, with clinically trained navigators who help them access the services they need, when they need it.
