Did you know as many as 1.25 million youth in Canada will experience some form of mental health problem? And three out of five of these young people won’t receive the treatment they need.
That’s a problem RBC Race for the Kids is working to solve.
That’s a problem RBC Race for the Kids is working to solve.
This charity race focuses on youth mental health, and this year we’re supporting something really impactful: Sunnybrook’s Family Navigation Project. It’s a free service that pairs young people aged 11 to 29 (and their families) with trained navigators who guide them to the right mental health and addiction resources.
What makes this program special is that it’s entirely funded by donations from people who care about making a difference. When you donate through my fundraising page, you’re directly helping families navigate what can be an overwhelming system to find the care they desperately need.
Your contribution doesn’t just support a program – it changes lives. For young people struggling with mental illness or addiction, having someone to help them find the right support can be life-saving.
Thank you so much for your support of the Family Navigation Project and RBC Race for the Kids.
