On September 21st, I'll be participating in the 2024 RBC Race for the Kids.

The race promotes awareness and raises funds for Sunnybrook’s Family Navigation Project  supporting youth (13-26) dealing with mental health and addiction issues.

In Canada, as many as 1.2 million youth experience mental health issues, but only one in five will receive the care they need.
