On September 20, I'm proud to participate in the 2025 RBC Race for the Kids, a cause that is very close to my heart. Together, we're raising vital funds to support youth across Canada who are facing mental health and addiction challenges - ensuring they and their families can access the specialized care they urgently need.

As someone who is both a parent and a professional, I'm deeply moved by the fact that nearly 1.25 million youth in Canada experience mental health challenges, yet three out of five don't get the care they need.

That's why I've committed to running this race and supporting Sunnybrook's Family Navigation Project (FNP) - a program that connects youth (ages 11-29) and their families with the help they deserve, free of charge.
