Did you know as many as 1.25 million youth in Canada will experience some form of mental health problem?

I’m raising money for Sunnybrook's Family Navigation Project. This free service connects youth aged 11 to 29 experiencing mental health and addictions issues, and their families, with clinically trained navigators who help them access the services they need, when they need it. 

 

The Family Navigation Project is 100% funded by donations from caring people like you.
