Did you know as many as 1.2 million Canadian youth are struggling with mental illness?  I was shocked to learn that 4 out of 5 of these young people aren’t receiving the care they need.  These statistics made me realize there’s probably someone in my circle — and in yours — who’s living in pain. 

That's why this cause is deeply personal

Last year, my family and I - including my 3 kids - joined the RBC Race for the Kids 2024 for the very first time. It was a powerful and emotional experience that brought us closer together, while raising awareness and support for youth mental health. We're proud to be doing it again this year.

I’m raising money for the Family Navigation Project at Sunnybrook, an innovative program that connects young people struggling with mental illness and addiction to the help they desperately need.  The Family Navigation Project is 100% funded by donations from caring people like you.
