Dear family and friends, 

Once again, I'll be taking part in a 5K RBC run in support of the Family Navigation Project run by Sunnybrook Hospital on Sunday September 20th. 

This is an innovative program that connects young people struggling with mental illness and addiction.  The program is 100% funded by donations and your donation through my fundraising page helps ensure that young people and their families find the mental health services they need.
