I’m raising money for the Family Navigation Project at Sunnybrook, an innovative program that connects young people who are struggling with mental illness and addiction to resources that can provide them with the help they desperately need.

The Family Navigation Project is 100% funded by donations from caring people like you. Did you know as many as 1.2 million Canadian youth are struggling with mental illness? 

I was SHOCKED to learn that 4 out of 5 of these young people aren’t receiving the care they need. 

I felt compelled to do something and I LOVE TO RUN – So my DAD and I participating in the RBC Race for the Kids, a charity fundraising race that supports youth mental health. It’s my 1ST Charity Race so please help me reach my goal and support a great cause! (Tax receipts provided)
