As a result, my wife and I are cognizant of the well-being of our two teenage children, ensuring we are aware and connected. A bit about Sunnybrook's Family Navigation Project:
This free service connects youth aged 11 to 29 experiencing mental health and addictions issues, and their families, with clinically trained navigators who help them access the services they need, when they need it.
The Family Navigation Project is 100% funded by donations from caring people like you.
