On September 20th, I'll be running to support Sunnybrook's Family Navigation Project and I'm looking for your help. This is a charity fundraising race that supports youth mental health.
The Sunnybrook's Family Navigation Project is a free service that connects youth aged 11 to 29, experiencing mental health and addictions issues, and their families, with clinically trained navigators who help them access the services they need, when they need it. The Family Navigation Project is 100% funded by donations from caring people like you.
