Hi everyone!

 

I’m raising money for Sunnybrook's Family Navigation Project by running in October's RBC Race for the Kids! This free service connects youth aged 11 to 29 experiencing mental health and addictions issues, and their families, with clinically trained navigators who help them access the services they need, when they need it. 

 

The Family Navigation Project is 100% funded by donations from caring people like you.
