Did you know as many as 1.25 million youth in Canada will experience some form of mental health problem? I was shocked to learn that 3 out of 5 of these young people will not receive the treatment they need.  

 

I felt compelled to do something so I?m participating in RBC Race for the Kids, a charity fundraising race that supports youth mental health. 

I?m raising money for Sunnybrook's Family Navigation Project. This free service connects youth aged 11 to 29 experiencing mental health and addictions issues, and their families, with clinically trained navigators who help them access the services they need, when they need it. 

 

The Family Navigation Project is 100% funded by donations from caring people like you.
