Team RBCIS
Did you know as many as 1.25 million youth in Canada will experience some form of mental health problem? We were shocked to learn that 3 out of 5 of these young people will not receive the treatment they need. These statistics made us realize there’s probably someone in our circle — and in yours — who’s living in pain.
We are raising money for Sunnybrook's Family Navigation Project. This free service connects youth aged 11 to 29 experiencing mental health and addictions issues, and their families, with clinically trained navigators who help them access the services they need, when they need it.
Whether you walk, run, or roll, we invite you to join Team RBCIS at Mel Lastman Square for a fun-filled day with music, food, and activities for the whole family. Everyone is invited to join in on the fun! RBCers are encouraged to sign up with their friends and family to participate in RBC Race for the Kids in support of a local youth-focused charity.
