I’m participating in RBC Race for the Kids, a charity fundraising race that supports youth mental health, and raising money for Sunnybrook's Family Navigation Project. This free service connects youth aged 11 to 29 experiencing mental health and addictions issues, and their families, with clinically trained navigators who help them access the services they need, when they need it.
