I’m running in the RBC Race for the Kids to support youth mental health — and doing it proudly with my Spark teammates, all rocking capes as a symbol of hope, not heroism.

We’re raising money for Sunnybrook’s Family Navigation Project, a free service that helps young people and their families access the mental health care they need, when they need it most.
