​On September 19, I'll be taking part in RBC Race for the Kids with my 7-year-old son, Ethan.

Like many families, we've had our own experiences navigating childhood challenges. Ethan was diagnosed with ADHD, and while we've been fortunate to receive support, it's given me a greater appreciation for how important mental health resources are for children and their families. Many parents are still struggling to find the help they need for their kids.

That's why we're raising money for Sunnybrook's Family Navigation Project, which helps youth and families connect to mental health and addiction services.Ethan and I will be tackling the course together, and we'd be grateful for your support. Every donation helps more young people access the care and guidance they deserve.
