Did you know as many as 1.2 million Canadian youth are struggling with mental illness? We were shocked to learn that 3 out of 5 of these young people aren’t receiving the care they need. These statistics made me realize there’s probably someone in my circle — and in yours — who’s living in pain.

That’s why our team is participating in the RBC Race for the Kids and raising money to ensure more youth can access compassionate mental health care when they need it most, at Sunnybrook.
