For the fourth year in a row, Team Spark is proud to lace up our shoes and participate in the RBC Race for the Kids in support of Sunnybrook's Family Navigation Project.

What started as a team fundraising initiative has grown into a cause that means so much to us. Over the past four years, Spark employees, families, friends, and partners have come together to walk, run, donate, and rally behind youth mental health. Each year, we're reminded that the need for support has never been greater and that together, we can make a meaningful difference.

As many as 1.2 million Canadian youth are struggling with mental illness, yet far too many are unable to access the care they need. Behind those statistics are real young people and families navigating incredibly difficult challenges often without knowing where to turn.

That's where Sunnybrook's Family Navigation Project comes in.

Funded entirely through donations, this innovative program helps connect youth and families facing mental health and addiction challenges with the services, resources, and support they need to move forward. To date, the program has helped thousands of families access care, hope, and guidance during some of their most difficult moments.
