Every step you take helps youth facing mental health and addiction challenges.
Since the first race, more than $29 million has been raised to support Sunnybrook’s Family Navigation Project (FNP) and youth mental health programs. Thanks to participants like you, this groundbreaking initiative—the first of its kind in Canada—has connected thousands of young people and their families with the mental health services they need.
The need continues to grow. Today, as many as 1.25 million Canadian youth are living with mental illness, and as many as 1 in 5 children and youth in Ontario dealing with mental health and/or addiction challenges.
When you take part in RBC Race for the Kids, you’re making a real impact—helping improve and save the lives of youth in our community. Whether you walk or run, you’re raising critical funds for Sunnybrook’s FNP and broader youth mental health care. These donor-supported programs provide guidance and access to essential services for youth and their families.
