12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

If you are interested in volunteering for race kit pick up (pre-event) on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel Dufferin, Simcoe & Kent Meeting Rooms (123 Queen St W, Toronto, ON M5H 2M9) please indicate your availability:

If you are interested in volunteering for race kit pick up (pre-event) on Thursday, September 17, 2026 Sunnybrook, Coach House (130 Armistice Dr, North York) please indicate your availability:

10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

If you are interested in volunteering for Friday set up crew at Mel Lastman Square on Friday, September 18, 2026, please indicate your availability:

1 to 5 p.m.

We will try our best to schedule you with your friends and family, however due to the limited number of positions available we cannot guarantee it.

I am 17 or under and understand that I am required to submit the waiver signed by my parent or guardian in order to volunteer. Please make sure to bring the signed waiver with you to your shift.
